How to attend on-line meetings (via Zoom):
To attend the online meetings, you will need to use any device (PC, MAC, smartphone, tablet) that has access to an internet explorer (eg Edge, Chrome, Firefox).
You might also, optionally, wish to download and install the Zoom application, prior to the meeting.
You will be sent a link to the meeting - by email - about 30 minutes before the meeting starts (ie 7:30pm). You then need to click on this link to attend the meeting - no special software is needed, as the meeting will run using your internet browser - when prompted just enter you name and confirm you want to join the meeting
Please note that if this is the first time you have used his meeting and you have not installed Zoom, you will be prompted to down load Zoom. This is a small download and should not take long to complete. You might also be prompted to allow access to your webcam and microphone - you should type Y/yes, to confirm access.
